We absolutely loved the excellent staff at this superior hotel. The new-fashioned room was fantastic, and the location was excellent, being close to the main square, center, downtown, and the central park.

The rooms were new-fashioned and we could park onsite. Location: the hotel was just off the main square and the centre and the central park. It was around 4-6 minutes walk from Carnes y Vinos, where you can have dinner.

The hotel was a comfortable base for sightseeing in Santa Rosa de Cabal. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel was very close to the main square, the central park, and the centre. It was 1 mile from Bolivar o de las Araucarias Park.

During my stay at Hotel Los Cristales, I was delighted by the convenient location. Being able to walk to various attractions and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. Moreover, I felt safe and welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with a fan, which was a much-appreciated bonus. The breakfast offered typical options, but the delicious chorizo was worth the extra cost. Additionally, the hot showers provided a comforting experience. Despite the minor inconvenience of not having an elevator, I didn't mind the two flights of stairs. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were very friendly, attentive and eager to provide great service. From helping us book tours to reminding us where to find our drinks in the fridge. The hotel's central location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the central park and other nearby locations. The breakfast was delicious and we especially loved the option to pay for chorizo. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of parking.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as we were able to walk to many nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in offering advice on things to do in the area. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast offered each morning and the fact that the rooms were equipped with fans to keep us cool during the warm weather.

The noise levels in our room were quite high due to the street traffic and other guests talking loudly. we had some issues with the plumbing in our room, but the staff were quick to resolve the issue and moved us to a different room.

The hotel's central location was convenient for tourists to explore the city. Many attractions and local eateries were within walking distance. The staff were courteous, helpful and suggested various tours. The rooms had hot showers and fans to keep guests cool in the humid weather.

The premises could use a little maintenance and sprucing up to improve its appearance.
